The amount of budget funding for the creation and development of 7 technology parks in Russia will amount to 26.3 billion rubles. This was announced today by the Minister of Information Technology and Communications of Russia Leonid Reiman,

According to the minister, this will be funding from different levels of the budget. 6 billion rubles will be allocated for the creation and development of a technopark in the Moscow region, in 2007 - 170 million rubles; in St. Petersburg - 3.4 billion rubles, in 2007 - 420 million rubles; in the Novosibirsk region - 4.4 billion rubles, in 2007 - 680 million rubles; in the Nizhny Novgorod region - 3.1 billion rubles, in 2007 - 650 million rubles; in the Republic of Tatarstan - 2.9 billion rubles, in 2007 - 420 million rubles; in the Kaluga region - 3.5 billion rubles, in 2007 - 800 million rubles; in the Tyumen region - 3 billion rubles, in 2007 - 600 million rubles.
Recall, on March 10, 2006, the Russian government approved the state program “Creation in the Russian Federation of technology parks in the field of high technologies”. Having implemented it by 2010, it is planned to create technology parks with advanced engineering, transport, social, industrial and residential infrastructure.
