Law against discrimination in vacancies

This week came into force a law prohibiting the publication of vacancies with discriminatory requirements for applicants such as gender, age, nationality, the presence of a personal car or native language.



The law in one vacancy is what employers can indicate, and what should not be there now:

PS We asked all clients to bring their vacancies in compliance with the law and our new rules . By the way, there is a list of professions for which an indication of age or gender is not considered discriminatory by law.
