iDollar: added site icons

Idollar.ru startup has added the ability to host site icons (favicon). However, only if the icon is cached in Yandex (there is a form of verification). As I said before, with PHP I am on you, so everything is done as simply as possible. But icons and links, of course, are added automatically. By the way, I was surprised that Yandex has different icons for Habr with “www” and without caching.
