1. Make a scanned copy of the Application (copy in digital format). In the file name, indicate the name of your email address (according to your account) and, using the “_” sign, indicate the amount of money to be returned (Clause 1).

2. Send the original application in a simple letter with the attachment description to the address: 115419, Moscow, ul. Shabolovka, 34, p. 3, for Cloudgate Platform LLC. Save the check. Scanned copies of the inventory of the attachment and the check of the cash register are made similarly to the method in accordance with clause 2. Refunds (according to the balance of the personal account on the current date) will be made within 15 (fifteen) banking days from the moment they receive all the above-mentioned scan-copies of documents to the email address.
