"Thread" - a real rope for cultural, educational and social projects
Once I already wrote about crowdfunding on Habré. It was an interesting experiment and an interesting time when I believed in good, and good believed in me. After our miraculous failure (actually not ), another 139 topics, 1 hub and 7 questions on this burning topic appeared on Habré.
And just recently, my friends launched their crowdfunding project (without blackjack and all that) - “Thread” .

Yes, and for good reason.
My friends are Predanie.ru portal, the only project in RuNet that has gone from the usual idea of a file archive to a library with Terabytes of useful information (books, audio, video), and from a simple idea of helping people to creating a charitable foundation with thousands of grateful wards.
This year they created their crowdfunding platform. And this decision was made by the team in order to help people who daily send dozens of requests not directly related to charity in its classical sense, but very well fit into the idea of “crowdfunding”.
On the "thread" projects are divided into three types:
• Social : it is about helping those in need, people left alone with their problem. For example, the program “Breathing is life” of the Oxygen Foundation;
• Enlightenment : related to Orthodox enlightenment, the mission and the spread of the Gospel. For example, the publication of the missionary magazine "Living Water" in St. Petersburg;
• Cultural : for those who want to sow sensible, good, eternal through culture. For example, the revival of the Church of the Nativity of Christ , flooded during the creation of the channel.
The platform has just been launched, now there are only 7 projects on it. But the team is confident that soon they will be recognized by people who do good deeds throughout the country: they visit social institutions, hold festivals and gatherings, help the homeless, work with children.
Among them, you can be, dear Habravchane, as well as your friends and acquaintances who have not yet found their tasty social-educational piece of crowdfunding.
