The development team has prepared more than 100 changes that will help you work faster and more productively, which means that you will have more time for summer holidays. Find out immediately who is calling - the definition of the number has appeared!

This is another opportunity to improve work with clients, because now you will immediately know who is calling you, and you can greet the caller by name, as well as redirect the call to the right manager.

The “Number Identification” function can be activated on the “Telephony” tab in the organization window. In the “Number Identification” window, it is enough to add a table with contacts to identify the numbers and indicate the fields in which telephone numbers are stored, and the fields whose values ​​should be output when the number matches.

In the “Named field” column, you can specify several fields, such as the name and position of the contact, which will be displayed as contact data. The determinant will show the name, position, and in brackets - the phone number.

Convenient setting of customer data in CRM-tables

Thanks to new options, you can customize the properties of a CRM table with customer data to suit your needs, so that each time you do not alter its appearance or waste time on it.
Appeared settings "deploy" fields in the tables. When enabling these options, you can specify:
- which fields are defaulted when a new record is added;
- which ones are collapsed or displayed, if filled, when editing a record.

There was a connection tables!

Now the fields of the CRM-table appeared field type "Related field". Thanks to this innovation, it is possible to link tables with each other, so that information from another table appears in one of them when specifying the desired value in the associated field. For example, in the client database, you can display information about a product from the table of products that this customer purchased. To do this, select the field type - “Associated field”, and then select the table from the drop-down list from which to take information and fields for display.

Now you can attach the desired task to the client or create a new one directly from the CRM table

Do you want to store customer history in a separate task? Then, when creating an entry for a new client, in the CRM table, click “Create a task” or “Link a task” if this client already has one. In the attached task it will be possible to store documents on the client, to conduct correspondence. There will also get an e-mail message if you send it by right-clicking on the corresponding entry in the CRM table. In the task, you can send a comment directly from the customer card or open it for viewing. Now managers do not need to look for a task by client - it can be opened directly from the card!

Do not waste time preparing documents - it's even easier to edit!

On the Documents tab, options have been added that allow you to edit document templates faster and easier.
The button “Dotted Border” is added to the toolbar - it adds a dotted border when editing a template (for example, for a table). A multiline text entry has appeared. The document can be changed directly in the template window, without opening the field properties editing window.

In the window for editing a document template, the function of aligning cell sizes has been added to the toolbar (the Align Cell Sizes button).

Save time - follow the red signal!

Imagine that you have several things to do and you can’t decide which one to do first. In order for you to instantly assess the situation, prioritize the tasks, a “red signal” appeared for the case that must be carried out at the moment. When you open the business tree in the “My Affairs” tab, you immediately understand which tasks you have scheduled for today, and which of them should be done now. You can choose the right and instantly start it to work.
