The famous Russian showman Gennady Bachinsky, famous for his comedic duet with Sergei Stilavin, died.


According to the Mayak radio station, where G. Bachinsky recently worked as a presenter, the showman died as a result of a car accident in the Tver region, near the city of Kalyazin. According to preliminary data, the car driven by the journalist drove into oncoming traffic and collided with a minibus. From injuries G.Bachinsky died on the spot.

G. Bachinsky was born in 1971 in the Altai Territory. He graduated from the St. Petersburg State Electrotechnical University.

G.Bachinsky gained popularity thanks to a joint program with his colleague Sergey Stilavin. Their programs on Radio Maximum, as well as on the MTV channel, invariably had a high rating among young people.

For the last six months, G. Bachinsky and S. Stilavin carried out a joint project at the Mayak radio station.

Gennady Bachinsky left a wife and two children.
