Mail.Ru run mail for personal domains

Today I learned about a new service from Mail.Ru for business - biz.mail.ru. It is in beta and is a mail organization service in its own domain. Direct competitor for services such as: pdd.yandex.ru , google.com/a or domains.live.com .

At the moment it is free (and probably will remain so) and moreover, it gives the opportunity to register a domain in the RU zone for free :

From Whois, we see that the domain is registered to Mail.Ru data, and the registrar and DNS host is REGRU. It is strange that they did not verify (UNVERIFIED) their contact. Also in the panel on biz.mail.ru it is possible to register your A-record in DNS. Of the main features:
