Budget marker board for 730 rubles do it yourself

And the thought immediately arose in the brain: “Why did I throw out the old wooden windows when repairing an apartment!” The brain continued to give out thoughts: “How to make a whiteboard with the lowest cash costs and the greatest durability and efficiency”.
I shared an idea with a colleague. Five minutes later I ask: "What do you think about how to make a marker board." As it turned out, in those five minutes he had already read over all the habratopics about this (I was doing this in parallel).

My colleague and I analyzed all the Habratopic on the production of marker boards with our own hands and divided them into two groups:
1) Whiteboard technology: substrate + color background + glass

General description: Very reliable and thorough, but very expensive. You can pay a little extra and take the factory marker board from the store.
2) marker boards using self-adhesive film or adhesive tape on white paper
Low cost marker board

General description: It costs very little, but it is a film on paper that has a low wear resistance.
I wanted to combine the strength of the first group and the cheapness of the second. Who cares what we did - I ask for a cat.
It was decided to make a whiteboard on the basis of a smooth white sheet with a film (usual white painted galvanized, which is glued over with a protective film for transportation). Smooth sheet was chosen in order to be able to use magnets. From a sheet of 2000 to 1250 mm, we got two marker boards.
Next come three spoilers:
In the end, we got two marker boards (Figure 1). For a more aesthetic look, white PVC corners were used.

Addition (obkleyka boards with a transparent film Oracal 641):
I read in the comments that some pasted over similar boards with transparent film Oracal 641 (for example, Mixail and pietrovich ) and decided to try it too. The film on two boards took 250 rubles. On one board, we glued together for a long time and re-pasted it many times. As a result, ruined the whole Oracal. We see little experience in pasting films of various surfaces. The second board was glued slowly and carefully, but bubbles could not be avoided (Figure 2). And most importantly, if the labels do not erase for weeks, then it will be rather difficult to erase them without a special liquid. I use ordinary vodka as a special liquid.

... Oh, yes - I don’t have a board at all, and a frame with glass from an old window is not a big difference, only in weight :)

3. Detailed manufacturing process
Since we were charged 1,500 rubles for the delivery of one sheet in production. We decided to take it by public transport. To do this, we turned it into a tube.
