Another "success" of the Russian cosmonautics

UPD
“Unsuccessful launch of the Proton-M rocket.” This video is not available anymore, by the All-Russian State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company.

Failed launch of the Proton-M rocket. Proton-M rocket blast. The Baikonur Cosmodrome (07/02/2013).
July 2, 2013 - At the Baikonur Cosmodrome (Kazakhstan), the Proton-M launch vehicle with the upper stage DM-03 and the three Russian navigation spacecraft Glonass-M exploded on air at 06:38 Moscow time. The Proton-M rocket was to put three Glonass-M navigation satellites into orbit.

A very extreme video of an incident from a different angle.
Caution, obscene language.

Very good video, fully visible start and disaster.
Caution, obscene language.

Local residents reported that they saw the “cloud of heptyl, which covers the Baikonur”. Although, to all appearances, it is an amyl cloud (it is hacketed in color and abundant in a rocket, since it is an oxidizer)

According to Wikipedia:
As of June 2013, the Proton-M launch vehicle was launched 74 times, of which 66 were fully successful (89.2%).
Its predecessor "Proton-K" was used since 1967. For all the time of its operation, the Proton-K launch vehicle started 310 times, of which 277 were completely successful (89%). Taking into account partially successful launches (disregarding accidents of accelerating blocks), the reliability of this variant of the rocket increases to 91%.
