And now, three years later, we are announcing the commercial launch of NettleBox! Three years - and virtual ambitions are converted into a real product.

In 2010, we began to develop technology MotionParallax3D. One of the carriers of the technology is the NettleBox virtual reality screen. The first sample was made of wood, cardboard, plasticine and other high-tech materials. It was projective, prohibitively heavy and demanding external lighting. But he worked, and worked great. Already on it, we were able to achieve such speed and accuracy of tracking, which allowed us to create high-quality illusion and deceive visual perception. This was proof that the technology works. Another two years of work - and the prototype is ready. We still tightened the screws on it, and the video has already virally spread through Habr around the world. A year ago, it was you, habrovchane, warmly received our video , and we woke up slightly famous.
In 2013, the product acquired its final features. New design, convenient software, its own microelectronics, mass production technologies. Under the hood, among other things, smart cameras of its own design, issuing more than 900 FPS.
Today, the screen has already managed to work at the prestigious real estate exhibition MIPIM-2013 in Cannes. Used by developers to demonstrate virtual holograms of advanced construction projects in Moscow.
