CES 2008: BenQ Introduces Mobile Internet Device with WiFi and 3.5G Support
As you know, last year, Intel introduced its own platform for UMPC and Internet tablets - Menlow. At the CES 2008 electronics exhibition currently underway in the US, the first Mobile Internet Device (MID) from a third-party manufacturer on the new platform saw the light, if I'm not mistaken. The device belongs to the company BenQ and while it is not yet ready to conquer the world - for the most part, it is a concept. It is known that the device supports WiFi and 3.5G cellular networks, and also works on the basis of Linux OS. More detailed technical information about the BenQ mobile computer based on Intel Menlow has not yet been received.
Hold on, “nokii” N800 and N810 ?! After all, it can call :)
