Google is working on Android gaming console and smart watches.

According to the famous resource Wall Street Journal (wsj), Google is now actively working on a game console project, based on the Android operating system. In addition, the company also develops smart watches based on the same OS. As far as you can understand, the "Corporation of Good" creates devices that are competitive analogues, which are now being developed at Apple.

So far, the details of both developments are unknown: neither the configuration, nor the possible cost, nothing. As far as we know, Google will try to announce at least one of the devices under development (plus the Nexus Q media player) this fall. Google representatives do not comment on the news, however, according to journalists, there are knowledgeable sources in the WSJ.

Now Android games are becoming more popular, and are developing even faster than the gaming market for consoles from Microsoft. In this regard, some companies have already presented their game consoles based on the Android OS (the same Ouya and NVIDIA console, Project Shield), and some are now working on new gadgets. And another news - Motorola, the current “hardware” division of Google, is now actively developing a new smartphone based on the same Android OS. The developers dubbed it Moto X.
