Localization Drupal 5.x

I will say right away that I have not invented anything new here, but only systematized some accumulated information.
More specifically, I collected translations of CMF Drupal itself, as well as some of the modules I used, in one place. I hope someone will come in handy;)

0) For starters, I suggest to familiarize yourself with the English-Russian dictionary of terms Drupal. It will help some to master the terminology. The author is Vadim Barsukov, a well-known drupal.ru Drupal activist.

Installation:
You need to log in as an administrator. Go to the "Modules" section (/ admin / build / modules), enable the Locale module. The “Translations” section appears on the site management page (/ admin / settings / locale), you need to go there.
Next, go to the Import tab (/ admin / settings / locale / language / import), go to the page from which you can download the localization file (.po), you also need to specify which language you are importing (select Russian). Click Import, wait while the file is uploaded to the database, when finished, “Russian” appears in the list of languages. Turn it on and check it as default. Everything!
