In April of this year (a little less than 3 months ago), Facebook introduced a special application-patch on Android, which turns a smartphone into a Facebook phone. The first and only phone preloaded with Facebook Home was the HTC First model. And now it has become
known that the AT & T operating company, which sold the phone in the United States, managed to sell the last of the purchased devices and is not going to renew the contract.

Actually, this can be finished. The results are very simple:
The Facebook idea has definitely failed. The idea of a social lancer on top of the standard interface also failed. AT & T managed to sell so few phones (according to
this link, about 15,000) that the operator reduced the contract price from $ 99 to $ 0.99. And this is despite the fact that the iron phone is not so bad, and Facebook Home is easy to replace with another launcher. In general, it did not work out.
