Already from me. I was unexpectedly opened my eyes to the fact that new technologies are actively developing, due to the fact that in such countries there are no old ones. To introduce a new generation of technology, it is necessary to absorb the old one. In our opinion, discourage the money invested. And this is the main brake on development. In developing countries, there is no such brake. Example - the first mobile network evolved very quickly. But when they have developed, there is no incentive to widely introduce 3G and higher - it already works and brings money.
