According to media reports, on June 23, Edward Snowden flew from Hong Kong to Moscow on Aeroflot flight. He may either stay in Russia (presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov recently said that Moscow is ready to consider Snowden’s appeal for political asylum), and go further to Ecuador, Iceland or Cuba.
The reason for leaving Hong Kong, apparently, was Washington’s demand for the urgent extradition of Snowden.

UPD: According to the Interfax news agency source, Snowden is to fly from Moscow to Cuba on June 24 (Monday), and then take a local flight to Caracas (Venezuela).
