Unfinished story of one e-mail

Hi, Habr!
Not so long ago a letter of strange content came to my mailbox: there were only two pictures in it. At first I thought it was banal spam, then - that there is a virus somewhere hidden here. However, gmail correctly displayed a preview, and I was curious.

This topic will be very short, because at the moment I have more questions than answers.

An attempt to write to an unknown author did not lead to anything - he has been silent for almost a week now. Actually, the pictures:

SOUDAN1
')
SOUDAN2

As far as I understood, the second is an extract from the bank account. Here is a rough translation:
Transfer
Statement of account
For recipient only

AFRICA BANK - Burkina Faso

This statement is intended to be provided at the request of your creditors or debtors who perform operations on your account (transfer, fees, etc.). Its use ensures proper registration of the transaction, avoiding complaints of errors or delays in the distribution.
Bank codeBranch CodeAccount numberAccount ID KeyPlace of payment
ABCDBANK OF AFRICA - BURKINA FASO

International Bank Account Identification Number: XXX

Bank Identification Number: AFRIBFBF

Account Name (West African Franc):
XXX
(Ouagadougou is the capital of Burkina Faso)

That is, using this piece of paper, you can accurately transfer money from account to account.

But what is written in the first piece of paper? Burkina Faso is an official language of French, and most of the languages of this country are written in Latin. However, the pictures themselves were called SOUDAN1 and SOUDAN2, respectively, while in Sudan they speak Arabic.

Are there people on Habré who can read it?
