Recently, we - employees of JetBrains in St. Petersburg - moved to a new office on Vasilyevsky Island. Inspired by the beautiful view from the windows and the fresh breath of the wind from the sea, we decided to arrange a conference of professionals in an unusual format for the open day - right at the workplace. The conference participants will not only listen to the reports and ask questions in the conference room, but will also be able to talk face to face with those who make popular development tools in several dozen languages - with the teams IntelliJ, TeamCity, Kotlin, ReSharper and others.

At the conference there will be traditional presentations in the halls (the program is being specified, see details on the event page ), there will be Live Support Stations, where you can talk with the developers about the bugs you are disturbing in our products, there will be master classes, where you can learn effective methods of working with tools from JetBrains.
')
It will be interesting: we will slightly open the curtain, which is still hiding our development plans, we will tell about the support of C ++ in the IDE, we will tell how we make our products.

At the conference, developers and specialists from other departments, including the personnel department, will be available - any questions can be discussed in an informal atmosphere. Here it will be possible to dispel the outdated myths about JetBrains and explore new ones - for example, the myth about the guard cat Tuzike.

We are waiting for colleagues at the conference who have extensive experience in professional software development, if you do not have experience, you are unlikely to be interested.

The conference is held in the format of an open door on Friday, June 28, from 17:00 to 22:00, admission is free, registration is required . The number of seats is very limited (our office is spacious, but our tables, chairs, sofas, coffee makers and servers take up some space).
