I hasten to say something good in the first lines. The situation with Webmoney in Ukraine has shifted slightly in a positive direction. The telepay service, which is still in the afternoon when trying to replenish the phone, reported “Service Unavailable,” is already working again. So, Webmoney found a way to fulfill its obligations to partners, despite the big surprise from the tax authorities.
At the same time, an instant withdrawal of BM Bank’s co-brand card has not yet earned. On
their Facebook page, representatives of Webmoney.UA report: “So far, control has been restored only on the first deck, but this is already our small victory. From Monday all our obligations to those who wait so long will be fulfilled. We continue to do everything possible and impossible to ensure full control on our ship with you. " It remains only to wish good luck on behalf of all the friendly habrasoobschestva.
In the meantime, we took the liberty to initiate a petition to the Ministry of Revenue and Fees and the NBU with the requirement to leave Webmoney alone and in a civilized manner to conduct the necessary coordination with the NBU. You can view and subscribe to the site
change.org . Honestly, I did not immediately decide to publish this link to Habré. But getting about 30 signatures in the first 2 hours of the petition, and even mostly from completely outsiders who came from some of the specialized forums, still added courage and hope for support. I want to note that the petition will not only hang like a dead weight somewhere on the site. The service promises to send an e-mail with each signature to the specified addresses (and there are indicated two addresses of the Ministry and one NBU found in public access). Employees of our company have signed the petition and ask everyone who is not indifferent to do so.
We also want to draw attention to the fact that due to the uncertainty that has arisen, our company has temporarily suspended WMU reception until the situation has stabilized. Payment in WMZ / WMR / WME is accepted as before.

upd. According to reports in various IT forums, exchangers charge commissions for both withdrawal and commissioning (in some places up to 20-25%). However, the desire to cash in on other people's problems in our area is no longer a news.
