The price of MySpace will rise to $ 15 billion over three years

According to analysts of RBC Capital, the cost of the social network MySpace can grow to $ 10-20 billion over several years.

Such an assessment they derive by extrapolating the "unprecedented" growth of the subscriber base of MySpace. This growth continues after the release of the American social network to the international market (25 thousand new profiles are created daily in the UK, 2 million users in Australia, testing started three weeks ago in France), after the expansion of video distribution functions and after the mobile version of the service (after three or four months with all major US cellular operators).

If we assume that the “price of the user” on MySpace and other similar sites will reach Google, then, given Google’s capitalization of $ 120 billion, the cost of MySpace can just reach the specified value of $ 15 billion.
