Open SmartWatch Project

Sony announced the project Open SmartWatch , which aims to attract developers to create alternative firmware for their smart watches SmartWatch.

As part of the project, Sony has published a device specification as well as detailed instructions for the firmware. In addition, a directory has been created where it is planned to add alternative firmware. At the moment, there is only one stock firmware version 0.1.B.1.3 in the catalog - the last one at the moment.

At the same time, Sony warns that the use of alternative firmware may lead to a loss of warranty.
