Megafon massively raises the cost of long-distance calls for metropolitan subscribers

"Megaphone" recently in shock. Not so long ago, the operator took up Internet options - in a number of regions he announced the closure of Internet options, offering to use the updated federal Internet S, Internet M, Internet L and Internet XL, as well as a new service - " Internet in Russia. " For subscribers of the capital and the region, these options are also updated. Also the other day it became known that “Megaphone” SMS went up almost 90 rates immediately. The difference in cost depended on a specific tariff, for example, on O'Hard, “Warm welcome” and “All inclusive S” it was increased from 3 to 3.55 rubles.

And now Moscow "Megafon" has reported changes in the cost of long-distance outgoing calls. From June 17, subscribers of a number of archived and open for connection tariffs will pay more for intercity calls, the cost will increase from a few kopecks to five rubles. Please note - there are a lot of changed tariffs, below in the text - not all. Full lists in the tables.

Outgoing intercity calls (except MegaFon numbers)

Calls to Russia to any city and mobile numbers of other operators will be charged at 10 rubles per minute. Previously, users of the Unlimited , For Three or Ring-Ding tariffs paid for the first minute of the intercity call 9.50, and then 8.50 rubles. Subscribers of the archived "All-inclusive S" and open to connect tariff with the same name could call other mobile and fixed numbers of Russia for 8.50 rubles per minute, users of Freedom of Speech - 6.80 rubles. The cost of outgoing long-distance calls increased most of all at the tariffs “Zero for the region” and “Podmoskovny” , subscribers will pay for them not 10 rubles per minute, but 10.

On the tariffs “Call 2XL” , “Call MX” and “Call Non-Stop” , as before, only odd minutes of a long distance call will be charged. However, their cost will increase from 8 to 10 rubles. To talk for long distance not with MegaFon subscribers will now cost more at the O`Hard tariff. The cost of each minute of the connection will be 6.50 rubles, not 5 rubles, as before.

Outgoing to Megafon (except for the Capital Region)

The cost of outgoing calls in Russia to Megafon numbers at the tariff "All Inclusive S" , "Dnevnik.ru" and "Your Time" will increase by a ruble and amount to 6.50 rubles per minute. Intercity within the network will be more expensive and to the users of All Mobile 2009 - instead of 5.50 rubles from the second minute, subscribers will pay 6.50 rubles for each minute of the conversation.

The cost of the first minute of connection on the Mobile and Single tariffs will also increase. Earlier, for the first minute of a long-distance call within the network, United subscribers paid 5 rubles, and Mobile users made 5.90 rubles. Now for both tariffs, the cost of the first minute will be 6.50 rubles.

Megafon did not stop at this and increased the prices for calls within the network in Russia (except for the North-West and Moscow branch of the operator - Teleus.ru) at the tariffs “Business Reception” and “Friendly Reception” . Subscribers of these tariff plans now have to pay for every minute of conversation with non-Moscow and St. Petersburg subscribers of MegaFon more than a few kopecks.



“Megaphone” has made a huge amount of tariffs, which are probably not easy to manage, and the subscriber is likely to get lost in them - a sweet thing. From time to time, the operator tries to carry out "cleaning in the ranks", but does this also in the wrong way for subscribers.
