Free course of 11 lectures on marketing, sales and customer service in a web-studio / agency

Hello! During the last five years, I (Andrei Terekhov) periodically wrote on Habré (and in general blogs, and more recently in the blog of the Ruward project) various materials about marketing, sales and customer service in web studios and agencies. As a rule, these articles received a positive response from users. We decided to go further and made up the most comprehensive course I’ve ever read (including offline) on this subject.

We recorded over 8 hours of video, divided into 11 lectures, prepared presentations, cases, materials on the topic, a bunch of different examples, samples and templates that can be useful in the life of a web studio. The only “marketing price” is passing registration in Megaplan (thanks to which we were able to bring it all together, record and edit a video, arrange everything into a single course of lectures).
