A new nationwide TV channel, Channel Five, will go on the air on October 1, 2006. The television company from St. Petersburg, which won the fifth button competition in the federal broadcasting this January, intends to return to the TV screens the “early NTV” viewers who “went on the Internet” and do not watch federal TV, preferring to it thematic and satellite.
The emphasis is on interactive communication live - the so-called “open sites” model
