The heart of the “
Fleet Control ” system is the central unit, which provides the main set of functions: it determines the coordinates of the vehicle, its speed and other parameters, stores and transmits data from sensors connected to it. In addition, it is possible to connect to the on-board computer of the vehicle via

Since each manufacturer offers its own method of obtaining this data and it is difficult to find a universal solution for monitoring fuel, we use several types of sensors that differ in the principle of operation (capacity measurement, connection to a CAN or FMS bus.)
Monitoring the operation of the engine and mechanismsIt allows you to track the time and place of work of additional mechanisms installed on special equipment (crane boom, sweeping brush, reagent spreader, etc.). Fuel consumption during operation of these mechanisms sometimes exceeds fuel consumption when the vehicle is in motion. In addition, monitoring the use of mechanisms will allow to track cases of misuse of equipment.
Temperature controlIt will help to monitor not only the working parameters of the car, but also the conditions for the transport of products, for example in the refrigerator of a truck, and in case of deviations send the car to service.

- By default, when going outside Russia, data transfer will be suspended until the vehicle appears on the MegaFon network (roaming). Then the accumulated data in the memory will be transferred to the server and become available through the monitoring interface.
- If necessary, a roaming tariff can be activated, which will ensure data transmission online.
In order to optimize the amount of traffic that is transmitted towards the server, trajectory control algorithms are used: when the trajectory changes (for example, if the car makes a turn), the data is updated more often to better draw the trajectory. With long-term rectilinear movement, data is updated less frequently.
A summary report allows you to see more detailed data and get an upload for additional analysis.

To collect data, use either the installation of sensors directly (for example, a fuel level sensor in a tank), or a connection to the on-board computer of a car that “knows” how to collect this data. As a rule, this solution is used on most foreign trucks.
