The f.lux 3 program has been released with a movie mode and a temperature of 2700 K
The author of the f.lux program has released a new version of f.lux 3 (beta). This is a very useful program for those who often work behind a monitor in artificial light, that is, in the evening and at night.
The program changes the color profile of the monitor, depending on the time of day. At night, warm color tones (2700 K) are set, which correspond to artificial lighting in the apartment, cold colors (6500 K), corresponding to daylight, during the day. The new version has several important improvements.
An even lower color temperature: up to 2700 K instead of the previous 3350 K. The program has learned to change the Windows restrictions on the minimum color temperature and requires a reboot in order for these changes to take effect.
Movie mode (partial disabling monitor calibration when movie starts).
