On Friday in Santa Ana (California), Andrew Scott Reis, co-founder of the Oculus Rift project, was killed.
This happened during a police chase; the car of criminals who were trying to escape from the police drove several traffic lights to red and hit Reis while he was crossing the intersection.

Andrew Scott Reis was a co-founder of Oculus VR in Irvine, which is known for its Oculus Rift virtual reality glasses, which have already been written on Habré [ 1 , 2 ] more than once. Colleagues speak of Reis as a "good and intelligent person."
