Do you know when a modern leader makes the most mistakes ?! When he says to himself "our people" or "mine", which in this case is not so relevant. And the paradigm “people are an asset of the organization”, which did not have time to change after the changing realities of the modern world, is to blame for everything. Nothing of the sort: people for the organization are no assets!

If you are not a football club, a pimp who has taken birth certificates from a nymphomaniac from his team or a producer of young girls dancing - the organization’s human capital is more correctly considered as a liability. The organization, if it is not mentioned in the first sentence of the paragraph, cannot “stake out” people behind it. Any employee can stand up, say out loud or to himself "And go, you are on x, cripples!" And leave.

Companies simply rent the knowledge of professionals. And - contain mediocrity at their own expense, if the employee is not a professional. There is simply no third option. And they rent by the most banking principles: it is customary to pay interest for loans. In the case of employment, they are called “wages”. And borrowing from the best, it's silly to be surprised that interest rates are rising.

People - the biggest liability of the organization! But their abilities are the number one opportunities for the future. Because all this fashion for outsourcing and consulting is all a myth. Passing as a passion for personal growth training in a town where it is considered indecent to wash more than once a week. Information on how it should be at all (namely, consultants sell) is now complete. She can free her entire office to the ceiling, and even if you pay for it, all the more ... But repeating what others have, you can’t create a competitive advantage! In the price - knowledge! Knowledge AS IN MY SPECIFIC SITUATION. But this knowledge is sometimes expensive not only for money, but also for emotions.

In order for organizations to achieve prosperity, one must remember that people have the right to choose. And - it is the person who chooses the organization, and not her, as in the early 90s of the last century. Forget about uncomplaining employees. Now is the time of people with the right to choose.
