Andre Kuznetsov, Development Director of Eltel, told CNews that after the cable was broken, the company's customers had interruptions in Internet for 5 minutes while routing tables were being rebuilt and switching to backup channels, after which the normal operation of the operator was restored. According to Mr. Kuznetsov, Song reversed the cable break at 15:40.
