NetByNet Holding acquires new assets

NetByNet Holding announces the completion of the acquisition of Realnet LLC , a territorial Ethernet operator that provides broadband Internet access services in the Moscow districts of Marino, Lyublino, Akademichesky and Novye Cheryomushki. The amount of the transaction is not reported.

“We will need 1.5 months to prepare RealNet’s network for high-speed NetByNet tariffs, we are planning to upgrade network nodes using Cisco Systems equipment, each home network will be transferred to a speed of 1 Gbps,” says Vadim Kurin, CEO “ NetByNet Holding. “I hope RealNet users will appreciate the changes.”
