Ya.Metrika: now you can find out what target visitors are interested in

In the post “ Crypt: a user through Yandex’s eyes, ” I wrote about a technology that determines the characteristics of a user by analyzing search history and other sources.

According to the Yandex.Metrica team, a new report “commercial interests” has appeared in the analytics system. Statistics allows you to define or supplement the portrait of the target visitor.

According to the Ya.Metrika team, interests are divided into 14 popular topics on which targeting can be set up in Yandex.

In the statistics for each of the 14 topics given "affinity index" - an indicator of how it corresponds to the interests of site visitors. Such data allows you to more accurately customize ads and select sites for its display.
