There was an idea to create a service (sort of like a social RSS reader), in which you can create themes - connect rss from general resources, then define rules for viewing (everything, only friends ...). When viewing topics - you can vote for posts (articles), comment.
It turns out a small personal social network.
Do you think this service has a right to exist?
