Robot can also assemble a Rubik's cube

This was proven by Japanese engineers from Kawasaki, demonstrating to the public a robot specially designed specifically for assembling the Rubik's Cube. This robot determines the colors of the cells using optical sensors and collects the cube with two manipulator hands.

It takes about five minutes to assemble a cube from a Japanese robot. Previously, for a few seconds, the machine examines the location of cells on all six sides of the cube. Instead of the “head” of the robot, the screen on which the assembly course is displayed is adapted.
