It is no secret that even now, after more than 60 years, search teams find and establish the names of the dead, enter new names in the lists of defenders of the fatherland, eliminate white spots. However, besides this, there are also closed data of the USSR Ministry of Defense (now the Russian Federation), from which only recently the security classification has been removed.
Under this case, the state organized a special project to digitize reports of casualties, various documents and certificates of the dead and missing, as well as descriptions and lists of graves of Soviet soldiers and officers.
