The heyday of robots
This plot formed the basis of countless anti-utopic films. Singularity - the point at which artificial intelligence surpasses the human mind. But although it sounds like science fiction, many experts in the field of computer technology say that the singularity will come somewhere in the 21st century.
However, it is difficult to imagine how our future will look like when robots are integrated into all spheres of society.
I will try to describe to you several potential scenarios of the future in which super-smart robots are involved.
War with robots
This nightmare became the main fuel of the movie “Terminator” - the possibility that one day the robots will clash with people in the battle for dominance. Engineers are already developing robo-mules and robo-soldiers, and drones are becoming a widespread tool in the war against terrorism. It is possible that the cars will go against their creators.

Immortality
Many people believe that after reaching the singularity, people will stop dying. The future is not far off, in which we will load our minds into computers, actually moving inside the machines. Implants can also be used as a replacement for lost limbs and aging organs. In any case, death is transformed from an inevitable aspect of life into a rather rare phenomenon.
Economic explosion
When machines are compared with people in intelligence, it will be enough just to copy intelligent software from one computer to another to create new employees for the economic system. While the agro-cultural revolution allowed a doubling of the level of the economy of mankind in one thousand years, and the industrial revolution made it in 15, the post-singular economy will probably double every month, if not every week. The incredible growth of the economy can occur so quickly that people simply can not keep up with him.
Environmental destruction
Since robots do not need air, water, or food, they, unlike humans, will not be afraid of destroying their environment. As a result, there is a big risk that super-intelligent machines will deplete all the natural resources of the Earth.
Human improvement
Cybernetic implants can also mean the appearance of more intelligent, super-empowered people. Of course, this will turn people into cyborgs, but most likely, this is a small price for acquiring new incredible abilities.
Massive unemployment
As robots become smarter, humans simply cannot compete with them. Although at first the robots will be given the most simple tasks. Robots have already replaced industrial workers, and self-governing machines are already very close. However, technologies are still developing without regard to how they can harm people or leave them without work.
Vestigial organs
When almost all the tasks will be given to the execution of super-reason, people can gradually lose those abilities that once formed the basis of humanity as a reasonable race. In fact, humanity is already in a singularity: people have already abandoned the ability to navigate, memorize and calculate. Scientists have already created even robots that perform the most humane of our tasks - caring for the sick and the elderly.
In the end, people can take a position similar to the mitochondria - the energy stations of living cells. Once, mitochondria were independent organisms, but the ancient bacteria swallowed them long ago, and the mitochondria gradually transferred all their functions to cells, with the exception of energy production. People may well also lose all their abilities, performing only the function of providing energy for cars.
