In August of this year, a research holding
ROMIR Monitoring conducted a
survey to identify consumer preferences in the market of long-distance and international telecommunication payment cards. At the points of sale of telephone cards, 1016 customers aged 18 years and older were surveyed. The survey took place in the city of Moscow. The margin of error is ± 3%.
In the rating of spontaneous fame (the respondents themselves, without prompting, call brands), the leading position is occupied by the company “Arktel”, which was named by 67% of the surveyed audience. The second place was given by the respondents to Zebra Telecom - every second buyer named it (52%). The top three leaders are Centel (40%).
It is worth noting other companies that have taken not the last place in the rating of fame: for example, every third respondent knows companies “Mango Telecom”, “Comstar”, 29% of respondents called the company “Corbina Telecom”.
