Clippingmagic.com, which recently opened in the public alpha mode, is designed to solve only one task - to remove the background of the image, but it does it quite well. Unlike most of these tools, it has a convenient and simple interface and the result is very decent. Perhaps, it is better and neater you can do it only in a real big editor like Photoshop or Gimp, while spending much more time.

The algorithm of work is very simple: load the image, select the object with green, and red with the background, then fix the remaining flaws with a few strokes. The whole process takes literally a minute or two and does not require special hardness of the hand. The image can be scaled, while the size of the brush does not change, allowing you to process fine details. The result can be saved in PNG format.
So far, the service is completely free, but after the end of alpha testing it will most likely work on a paid basis. It is not known whether the free option will remain in the future, and how much its capabilities will differ from the paid one.

Clipping magic was created by
Vector Magic , which specializes in raster image vectoring. You can vectorize images online using a desktop application or even ordering a drawing to a professional artist. Such companies as Disney, Warner Brothers, Viacom use the services of Vector Magic. Apparently, it is precisely because of the serious experience with images that the programmers of the company managed to achieve this quality of processing with a minimum of user effort.
The technologies used by Vector Magic are based on the development of Stanford University in the field of artificial intelligence and pattern recognition. Among the investors, Vector Magic is
Sebastian Trun , one of the leading developers of autonomous cars and a pioneer of online training, who, together with Peter Norvig, conducted one of the first truly massive online courses on artificial intelligence and machine learning.
