We have finalized the design documentation for the circulation version of Virturilki

The circuit diagram of the device was partially redone, Wi-Fi was removed from the main board to an additional module, which would allow further use of various communication chipsets, added previously unused outputs for special devices (for example, to connect an LCD) and much more.

They also abandoned the use of a standard Wi-Fi module of the HDG104 chip, replaced it with a more pleasant Marvell 88W8686.

It was possible to finally determine the chain of procurement, production and delivery

The production of the first part of the circulation of 100 copies

We expect the completion of production and complete testing of samples by the end of May and the beginning of June. If everything goes well, we launch the main circulation. Under the optimistic scenario, the first Virturilks will get to the happy owners in June.

Soon they should solder the kit, then they promise to send the pictures. While we cannot touch them alive, we can at least admire the pictures.

How will the sale be made?

Sale of pre-orders will be carried out through our store Microgun. At the moment, the store does not trade (such machines are no longer produced), a little later we will place Virtualushka and accessories for her there.

How?

All people who left pre-orders will be registered in the micro-race store as users with a special status and will receive a letter with an invitation to place an order. At the moment registration of new users in our store is disabled. Previously registered customers can go to the site, but if they did not leave a pre-order, they will not have the right to buy Virturilka from the first edition.

We want to separately mention that after the first article on Habré , even before collecting pre-orders , we received many letters “where to buy?” And “how to order?”. After writing the first article to everyone, invites will be sent to order first.

When?

Registration of users and the possibility of making a purchase will appear immediately after the testing of the first batch is successfully completed and the main circulation is started. We look forward to the month of June.

Where will the delivery take place?

At the first stage, the delivery will be carried out in Russia and the CIS countries. The issue of shipping to other countries is under development.
