This experience instilled hope in us and we came up with a plan:

Next, you need to choose a place and time. Since we live in Samara and love this city, we decided to hold a conference here. The best time is the beginning of summer (June 22-23). People have not had time to leave on holidays, and Samara at this time turns into a resort city.

The issue of site selection was solved very simply, since there is practically no choice. We would like the conference to be held in luxurious interiors, and the participants would be comfortable. In Samara, there are only two decent large hotels with conference rooms. In Holiday Inn we are already holding the 404 Festival , therefore, to make photos from events different, we chose the Renaissance Samara hotel, which is part of the Marriott group.
