Organization to monitor compliance with the three laws of robotics.
I am more and more worried about my own safety. But not as much as the safety of my descendants (children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren) with respect to robots and robotics. For the first time, I thought about creating such a fund after the it-world spread the news about a failed robotic gun . And then after watching the movie "Terminator 3" someone started publishing a podcast on "how to survive a fight with a robot" in Habré. It seems to me that the world needs some organization that would monitor compliance with these three laws.
Let me remind you that the “Three Laws of Robotics” was first formulated by Isaac Asimov in the story “Round dance”. They read: 1. A robot cannot harm a person or by its inaction allow a person to be harmed. 2. The robot must follow the orders of a person to the extent that it does not contradict the First Law. 3. A robot must take care of its security to the extent that it does not contradict the First and Second Laws.
