AR-100 "Dobrynya" - the first Russian serial humanoid robot

It turns out from July this year in Russia by a company with a big name Android Robotics Corp. Android robots are serially produced under the name AR-100 “Dobrynya” .
Sell ​​it on the manufacturer's website at a modest price of 28,700 rubles. The price may seem high, but ... this robot is fully programmable. That is, this is not an ordinary toy with a remote control, and with the "possibility of programming", it is actually a platform for home / university / etc robotics laboratory. Another interesting feature is the ability to control the robot via bluetooth, those having a program on the phone emulating virtual ports, you can play hoo like. I also liked the openness of developers, they are ready to go to meet customers and develop new features and new models together. A full-size model AR-400 is already ready for release, and a certain I-van is in development (it would be called i van by the e-mail). Robots are certainly not so elegant, and they are also inferior in terms of functionality and complexity, but we are glad that we have some progress in this direction, as well as some other changes.
