Ubuntu 13.04 Raring Ringtail Release

Today is April 25th, which means that Ubuntu 13.04 will be released today! Here comes the long-awaited date for all ubuntovodov!

As many know, this release could not come out! And all because of the discussions Rolling Release . But Canonical rightly decided that we should not give up the work that we did on April 13, that is why we are waiting for the evening when the links to Raring Ringtail will be available.
