Yandex 23 minutes was blocked by Rostelecom
Today, Rostelecom has blocked Yandex for its subscribers - from about 14:04 to 14:27 Moscow time. Our users were greeted by a stub page on access restriction to the site.
Rostelecom as a reason for blocking refers to "a court order to limit access to the site, whose IP coincided with some resources ." No notifications were received on Yandex. We consider what happened to be a misunderstanding.
For our part, we have taken some technical measures to minimize the consequences for users.
