IBM has announced that the number of personnel in the Indian division has grown to 73,000 people, that is, 40% per year, reports AP . At this rate in two years the number of Indians in the company will exceed the number of Americans (it is approximately 125,000 people and does not grow). This news is an excellent illustration of how popular outsourcing has become among American companies.
