Wordpress.com Moved to Free Open Sans Font

It seems that the free Open Sans font is becoming a new standard for the web, and not just for the web. This neutral font looks good in mobile applications and when printing. Another major site that abandoned the old Helvetica / Arial in favor of Open Sans was WordPress.com .

Open Sans - a font created by Steve Matteson (Steve Matteson), distributed under the Apache license. Contains 897 characters, including ISO Latin 1, Latin CE, Greek and Cyrillic.
