Happy Farm Business Incubator presents an updated second cycle mentoring program

Happy Farm Business Incubator holds a set of startups until May 10, 2013. The best will fall into the Happy Farm acceleration program, which consists of three stages:
• Mentor program: Ukraine, 2 months.
• “American Breakthrough”, a trip to the USA, 1 month;
• Post-support and investment: Ukraine, 2 months.

Advantages of the Happy Farm mentoring program:
1) Education in the format of learning by doing;
2) Comprehensive study of all the topics necessary for the successful development of a startup;
3) Day-by-day pivots: an individual approach, taking into account the characteristics of each of the projects;
4) 2-3 hours of mentoring support online - weekly;
5) Weekly individual checkpoint with experts;
6) 4-5 hours of coaching from international experts - weekly;
7) Full immersion in the development of the project on the principle of live - work - study, 24/7;
8) Daily practice of English.

The main blocks of the Happy Farm business incubator mentoring program are:

Basics: Business model; Team; Financial, legal, and intellectual property issues; Strategy of attracting investments and working with investors; Organizational and project management; Pitch and presentation.

Value of the product; Scaling; Exit strategy

Growth: Market entry strategy; Basics of marketing and sales; B2C, B2B, affiliate programs; Work with investors and partners.

Silicon Valley Ecosystem; Videos, books, movies, practice; Intensive English; Negotiation skills.

The selection and development process of start-up projects will be carried out by an international Bord consisting of investors and serial entrepreneurs, including Igor Shoifot (TMT Investments), Paul Asoyan (Google), John Nordmark (UsingMiles.com, Ebags.com), Brian Satyanatan ( Turner Media).
Also, 35 highly professional mentors of international level will share their start-up entrepreneurial experience with start-up teams, including Madeleine Duva (Eye-Fi Advisor), Gil Penchina (Co-Founder or Angel of Linkedin, Viddy, Paypal, Wikia, Evite, Fastly, IndieGogo, Couchsurfing), Mika Baldwin (CEO, Graphicly), Anton Biondo (CEO, 34 Solutions), Tristan Cromer (startup-coach, LUXr Incorporated).

For each adviser Bord is assigned 1-2 start-up project. Advisor Borda accompanies a start-up project from the time he enters the business incubator program until the startup is sold — presumably for two years. Also, 1-2 mentors are assigned to a startup, accompanying and advising the project throughout the acceleration program.
Second-cycle start-ups will be selected on May 17 at the International Board meeting in Happy (Kiev, Ukraine). The mentor program for residents starts on May 20.
