A couple of years ago, we started a project to improve the service. We are changing for the better, we just do it not as fast as everyone would like, but faster than many, even Western, mobile operators. Remember, when we started this blog on Habré, you sent us many different ideas on how to improve the work?

Just then, the personal account was especially hard hit. At about the same time, at the end of 2011, we decided to closely engage in its improvement. But when we began to delve into it in detail, it quickly became clear that refactoring and redesign are not enough - it is easier to demolish and build everything from scratch, and so that even 10 years later the office was happy for everyone. What we did together with a great team of technical experts, our developers and Lebedev Studio for 8 months.

Come in, look around, do anything, make yourself at home. The main idea of ​​the new cabinet is that everything is clear and at hand. If suddenly you have a number of people who are not very in trouble with the computer, their experience will also be useful. By reference - beta, there is still a lot that can change. We have already conducted dozens of tests in our usability lab, and are ready to listen to you carefully (and react - but, perhaps, not as quickly as you expect). When there will be a release, we will tell you more about why the project was very long - but still amazingly fast by the standards of large companies - and how such large projects are made. Plus, let's sort through the bones of many interface solutions and look at the intermediate options that were dropped on the tests.
