48% of VKontakte shares sold

The United Capital Partners Foundation, whose President and Managing Partner is Ilya Scherbovich, has agreed to purchase a 48% stake in the Vkontakte social network, Bloomberg reported. We are talking about the shares of the co-founders of the network Vyacheslav Mirilashvili (40%) and Lev Leviev (8%). Sources of the agency, citing the private nature of the information, did not disclose the value of the transaction.
