Openads - problems in use

Dear habra people, is anyone used to manage banners and advertising in general, such a product as Openads?

I am interested in the problem that I myself encountered and I can’t solve it in any way: the statistics was considered normal, but at some point it stopped writing and now doesn’t show anything at all ... can anyone come across it?
